The Association for Retarded Citizens is an association for parents that have kids that are mentally and physically disabled in our society. The aim of this website is to inform young parents who have kids with such characteristics about the opportunities that exits for their kids.
The organization wants to reach new young parents to become members because all the current members are older parents and for the organization to continue in the future, they need young parents to take up the roles of the older parents in the organization now.
